This online space is full of useful information and contacts to help neurodivergent young adults live independently in the community. We can also meet up with you, on your terms, and locally to you. How are We Funding Point A?
A number of funders are supporting our work. Here are some details.
The North East Combined Authority (North East CA) was formed on 7 May 2024. It is led by Elected Mayor Kim McGuinness and the Cabinet and covers the seven local authority areas of County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside and Sunderland.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The other part is from NHS funds through the VCSE Health Inequalities Fund.
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK investing in communities and place, supporting local business, and people and skills.
Other funders in different areas of Northumberland include Bernicia, and further funds through the VCSE Health Inequalities Fund in partnership with Adapt NE, Northern Butterflies and Mind and Sole.
