Did you know that Northumberland Zoo is offering quiet hours for individuals who find busy or noisy places a stressful experience. This scheme is ideal for lots of different people, not just those with disabilities, but also the elderly or those with mental health conditions.
During the quiet hours visitors to the zoo will benefit from changes such as no flashing lights or background music or no broadcast announcements or noisy equipment in operation.
