The SpLinter Sisters are a relatively new group of young women who meet regularly to discuss women’s issues and, of course, have fun!

Some of our female members simply feel more comfortable talking about these issues on their own so our biweekly get-togethers, usually at the Mind and Sole hub in Alnwick, provide an opportunity for them to raise concerns and share their experiences in a safe environment. In the summer of 2023, a lot of the group’s meeting were spent planning a 4-day break at Whinfell Forest Center Parcs. You can read more about this event here.

Needless-to-say, socialising plays a big part in this group, with regular outings planned to local cafes and restaurants!
