What are the aims of your organisation and what do you do?
Blyth Riverside Resource Centre offers our service users the opportunity to choose from a range of group and individual activities including gardening, music, cooking, arts and crafts, games and sensory activities, as well as day trips, centre-based discos, “Wacky” sport days,
pantomimes, bowling and Fairs.
Blyth Riverside also has a multi-sensory room and an offsite accessible allotment.
Service users organise events and are involved in an annual competitions at the local venues.
We host the monthly Central Users Forum, which is an advocacy group for all that live in the Northumberland area.
What services do you currently offer, that would be useful and accessible to adults who identify as neurodivergent, autistic or with a learning disability?
Monday to Friday day service – Gardening, music, cooking, arts and crafts, games and sensory activities, as well as day trips, centre-based activities.

Express an interest to Care Manager – Visit for coffee and a chat.
What could someone expect will happen next, once they have been referred?
Pre-admission information gathering. Arrange tasters session. Planned Admission.
