What are the aims of your organisation and what do you do?
We offer day service for people with learning differences. The unit is a horticulture training unit for adults from the age of 18years.
What services do you currently offer, that would be useful and accessible to adults who identify as neurodivergent, autistic or with a learning disability?
All of the service with provide are open to all people who attend the service. Working with horses, seed sowing/propagation, planting soft fruit, vegetables, and flowers. Working in poly tunnels and greenhouses, grass cutting, log cutting.

What is the process for referring someone to your services?
The person would need to be referred through adult social care.
What could someone expect will happen next, once they have been referred?
The care manager/social worker could be in touch and ask if he can facilitate day care. We are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 3.30pm and 9am to 2.30pm on a Friday. We closed on bank holidays. You would have three taster session where you can decide if you would like to attend the service.

We love to come to Sleekburn we learn new skills and the staff are really friendly. We make friend and like to see them when we attend.
