We will check with you about the details and information about the referral to help us decide how best to help you. We will tell you what our next steps are and meet with you and anyone else you want us to speak to so we can decide next steps.
What could someone expect will happen next, once they have been referred?
As above.
Do you have any positve recommendations to share?
we ask for feedback from all our service users and carers – this can be verbally, on paper questionnaire or online. We encourage people to tell us what they think through our Your Voice feedback.
Recently we received the following feedback:
The nurse has shown considerable care, respect, sensitivity, and listened to what my daughter wanted whilst supporting my daughter and us as a family.
All the staff are really good and explain stuff when you don’t understand things also, the staff are very helpful and put you at ease Very good and caring and I feel safe with people
