Community Links is created by Cynus Support along with Wansbeck Primary Care Network as they formed a partnership together in 2021. Through this partnership they provide the patients of Seaton Park, Bedlingtonshire, Gables & Guidepost GP surgeries with a full Social Prescribing Service.
