As part of their Autumn Newsletter the social prescribing team created Cynus Support along with Wansbeck Primary Care Network through their partnership are hosting a joint fundraising appeal with Hirst Welfare on Wednesday, 12th November. They will be a be holding a tombola and raffle for BBC Children in Need during our Wellbeing Wednesday from 9:30–11:30.
